Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) is a well-established property developer based in Brisbane, renowned for delivering prominent residential and mixed-use developments throughout Australia.

Role Overview

We are expanding our Development team and seeking a capable Development Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of various residential projects. This role involves end-to-end management starting from project initiation to final settlement and occupancy. The successful candidate will lead project teams, oversee consultants and contractors, and collaborate closely with fellow Development Managers and the Head of Residential to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage the entire project delivery process from initiation, planning, design, contract finalization, monitoring, through to completion and settlement.
• Develop and maintain master programs and detailed project schedules, monitoring progress against critical milestones.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports tracking progress, budgeting, cashflow management, contract administration, and progress claims.
• Lead feasibility analyses for current and prospective projects, covering construction costs, financing plans, and sales or rental forecasts, providing recommendations for executive approval.
• Identify potential project risks early and create mitigation strategies in partnership with the Head of Delivery.
• Promote and enforce CPG's quality control policies to uphold sales contract and lease integrity.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to derive lessons learned and drive continual improvements in project delivery.
• Manage effective stakeholder communications and relationships throughout all project phases.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated track record managing multi-residential or mixed-use development projects successfully.
• Strong financial and commercial insight encompassing project feasibilities, budgeting, and contract oversight.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with experience supervising extensive consultant and contractor teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to anticipate and resolve risks and challenges efficiently.
