Overview
The International Content Design team at Apple crafts engaging content experiences for widely recognized products such as the App Store and Podcasts. This role offers an opportunity to influence how millions worldwide interact with media, contributing to design innovation at a global scale. The Creative Development Program is an entry-level, 12-month full-time initiative starting October 2026 based in London, providing a competitive salary and personal development support. Although future opportunities at Apple may arise post-program, placement is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities
- Support the design team by producing a large volume of editorial creatives for the App Store’s worldwide platforms.
- Develop original graphical solutions for stories using provided developer assets and licensed images.
- Work collaboratively with art directors and peers to expand deliverables from existing style guides.
- Engage with various internal stakeholders and teams to ensure cohesive output.
- Observe and learn about the external commissioning process involving vendors and artists.
- Present design work to diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Offer constructive feedback in group critiques, contributing your perspective.
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Familiarity with Sketch is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and openness to iterating based on feedback.
- An online portfolio showcasing graphic design aptitude is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to commit to the full 12-month program beginning October 2026.
- Right to live and work in the UK is required.
- Availability to attend the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is mandatory.
- This is an entry-level role with a fixed, competitive salary.
