Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior creatives to develop and execute concepts across digital platforms, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain organized and precise design files that are production-ready, ensuring proper naming, version control, and archiving to facilitate smooth teamwork or print processes.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and maintaining meticulous file organization with strong attention to detail.
• Create a wide range of marketing collateral, presentation decks, social media visual assets, website content, and campaign materials.
• Skillfully resize and adapt designs for various formats including web and mobile devices.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and effectively across both ongoing marketing materials and distinctive campaigns.
• Present design work clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Additional Information

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience.
• Self-driven, motivated, proactive, hardworking, entrepreneurial mindset, and works well within a team.
• Between one to five years experience in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, and Figma.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Nano Banana, Claude, Midjourney, or similar for idea generation and image creation.
• Ability and willingness to commute to the Boston office twice per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and video production/editing techniques.
• Experience working within insurance, business-to-business technology, or food and beverage industries is a plus.
