Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Employ a target-oriented approach to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, inspire, and support the store team to foster development and motivation.
• Ensure the shop floor is presented to the highest standards consistently.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels at all times.
• Continuously provide top-tier customer service to all shoppers.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of the leaving certificate or its equivalent.
• At least two years of management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a full driving licence.
• Enthusiastic about working in a variable, target-focused environment and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability and flexibility to work different shift schedules.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not essential; a positive mindset is crucial.
