Job Overview
Premier Energies Limited seeks an energetic and meticulous Deputy Manager for Treasury to oversee banking relations, working capital funding, treasury operations, compliance, and financial reporting duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage working capital arrangements with banks for both existing and newly formed entities.
- Oversee renewals of working capital sanctions, including fully FD-backed credit limits and LCBD sanctions.
- Coordinate term loan acquisitions for newly incorporated companies.
- Administer security documentation processes for working capital and term loan facilities, including creation, modification, and discharge.
- Manage the closure of working capital loans and finalize all charge satisfaction formalities.
- Lead refinancing initiatives for working capital and term loans.
- Collaborate with banks to support treasury operations and daily banking activities.
- Interface with ASM auditors, internal audit teams, and statutory auditors to provide necessary reports and information.
- Monitor and manage forex operations, hedging strategies, and associated risk management.
- Ensure timely monthly and quarterly compliance submissions to banks adhering to RBI standards.
- Prepare and submit stock statements, UFCE certificates, and due diligence documentation.
- Compile CMA reports and regular MIS updates.
- Administer Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee procedures.
- Coordinate with credit rating agencies (e.g., CRISIL, CARE) concerning working capital and term loan assessments.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- In-depth understanding of banking processes and treasury management.
- Experience in forex trading, hedging, and risk mitigation techniques.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI tools.
- Practical experience using SAP software.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Between 2 to 4 years of relevant work in treasury functions, banking operations, working capital administration, and financial reporting.
