Role Overview

Neon seeks a proactive and analytical Demand Generation Associate to build our demand generation efforts from scratch. As one of the initial marketing team members, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to engage mobile game studios interested in direct-to-consumer monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel demand generation initiatives including email nurturing, paid advertising, and retargeting campaigns targeting mobile game developers and publishers.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel metrics such as lead volume, MQL to SQL conversion rates, and channel-specific pipeline contributions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage daily marketing operations involving lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and maintaining data accuracy within marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; ensure close coordination with business development on lead quality and transition.
  • Collaborate with teammates to convert existing content assets like case studies, best-practice guides, and benchmark insights into gated materials and outbound campaigns that attract qualified prospects.
  • Coordinate logistics for 2 to 4 industry events and executive dinners annually, including venue management, target account invitations, RSVP tracking, and executing follow-up strategies that nurture leads into long-term customers.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or fintech setting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret funnel data, conversion metrics, and campaign outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, crafting clear, persuasive emails and campaign messages tailored to technically savvy audiences without resorting to clichés or jargon.
