Delivery Executive (Delivery Partner)

Job Overview

Zepto is recruiting Delivery Partners to ensure fast and secure delivery of groceries and daily essentials to customers. This role is available on both full-time and part-time bases, with earnings dependent on delivery volume, incentives, and location.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely pickup of orders from Zepto's Dark Stores.
• Safe and punctual delivery of orders to customers.
• Utilization of the Zepto Delivery app to accept and complete deliveries.
• Adherence to traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Maintaining order quality and security throughout delivery.
• Exemplary customer service with polite interactions.
• Accurate update of delivery status using the app.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid driving license (for two-wheeler deliveries).
• Ownership of a motorcycle or scooter as per city requirements.
• Android smartphone with internet access.
• Basic understanding of local geography and GPS navigation.
• Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and bank account.
