Primary Responsibilities

• Operate all necessary equipment efficiently and safely.
• Stock and manage ingredients from delivery areas to storage and workspaces including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare pizzas and related products.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and complete associated paperwork as needed.
• Clean equipment and store facilities on a regular basis.
• Deliver multiple pizza orders within the designated delivery area per shift.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both in-store and over the phone.
• Perform all tasks requiring accurate motor coordination, numerical calculations, and computerized order entry.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle insured for deliveries.
• Possess a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Able to navigate using maps and locate addresses within the delivery zone, managing challenging terrains including multi-story buildings.
• Competent in basic math for handling money transactions accurately.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong motor skills for rapid and precise hand movements during food preparation and delivery.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Tasks involve exposure to varying temperatures ranging from cooler conditions (~36°F) to hot environments (90°F+).
• Work areas include cramped spaces, walk-in coolers, and proximity to hot surfaces and mechanical parts.
• Physical activities include standing most of the time, walking short distances, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Repetitive bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching movements are part of daily routines.
• Frequent hand use and eye-hand coordination essential for pizza assembly and operation.

Additional Information

• The role requires adaptability to sudden temperature changes and exposure to food odors and dust.
• Team members might be required to direct certain activities, perform repetitive tasks, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact professionally, analyze data, and make sound judgments.
