Acting as an extension of clients' talent teams, we deliver expert recruitment assistance, exceptional candidate engagement, and long-term hiring achievements.
Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Delivery Consultant to manage a portfolio of RPO clients. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, ideal for experienced agency recruiters who excel in handling multiple job openings, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and consistently achieving excellent recruitment results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes end-to-end for numerous roles and clients.
- Identify, attract, and evaluate top-tier candidates.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve hiring goals, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide market insights and expert recruitment guidance.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and generate reports accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance delivery processes continually.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in agency recruitment.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment projects.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities, including proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies across diverse disciplines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational competencies.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a rapid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RPO or embedded recruitment models.
- Background in client-facing roles or account management.
- Familiarity with Loxo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Understanding of recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
