Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Data Coordinator at the entry or junior level to join our team in Bahrain. This full-time position involves managing and safeguarding the accuracy and consistency of organizational data to support business functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, arrange, and maintain information from multiple internal sources efficiently.
- Perform data entry, carry out validation processes, and conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high data integrity.
- Update and oversee databases, spreadsheets, and business documentation regularly.
- Produce regular reports and assist in monitoring and analyzing data trends.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure consistency of data across functions.
- Detect and promptly address discrepancies in data.
- Keep records of data handling processes and operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet applications.
- Basic understanding of databases or data management platforms advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Motivation to acquire new knowledge related to data systems and methodologies.
