About the Role
We are seeking a skilled AI Model Assessment Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. This remote position involves evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content across multiple fields to help improve and fine-tune AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the performance and precision of AI-produced outputs in diverse subject areas.
- Provide comprehensive, constructive critiques to guide enhancements to AI models.
- Interpret complex datasets and review model-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to project objectives.
- Detect patterns, discrepancies, and subtle details in AI responses through advanced comprehension and meticulous observation.
- Effectively communicate insights and results with team members both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver user-level expert input by simulating real-world tasks to assess the utility and effectiveness of the models.
Candidate Requirements
- Native-level English proficiency corresponding to C1 or C2 standards.
- Exceptional reading comprehension and analytical reasoning skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to notice nuanced differences.
- Capability to offer precise, actionable feedback grounded in subject matter knowledge.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
Additional Information
- Position is contract-based and fully remote.
- Compensation ranges between $22 to $70 per hour, depending on skill and experience.
- Weekly commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours.
