Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team reporting directly to the Head of Department. Experience within legal environments and familiarity with Proclaim case management system are advantageous. Your role will center on generating business reports by developing and executing efficient queries, delivering fixed and ad hoc reports to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and distribute reports and dashboards within agreed service levels.
• Support the creation and implementation of data strategy initiatives.
• Work closely with multiple departments to understand MI requirements and deliver accurate and relevant reports.
• Analyze data proactively to extract actionable insights.
• Assist in interpreting reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Query diverse databases using SQL, T-SQL, and other query languages.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience managing data in a commercial setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective stakeholder relationship building.
• Skilled in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data via Power BI.
• Strong IT proficiency and SQL query writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant academic degree desirable.
• Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages is a plus.

Salary and Working Hours

• Annual salary ranges from A340,000 to A345,000.
• Standard working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm on Friday.
