About The Team
The Regional Marketplace Operations at Shopee is dedicated to continuously addressing challenges and developing innovative solutions to enhance platform usability, thereby improving the experience for buyers, sellers, and partners. This team plays a central role within the company, working across multiple departments to manage comprehensive e-commerce processes and create scalable solutions impacting various markets. Efforts focus on analyzing core elements, driving strategic initiatives, and refining policies, processes, and features to achieve superior product and operational quality.
Regional Operations cover departments such as Customer Service, Listings, Seller Operations, Returns & Refunds, and Fraud management.
Job Description
- Perform data-driven analyses aimed at improving operational efficiency and balancing cost-performance factors, including optimizing resolution time and enhancing service quality outcomes.
- Interpret performance data to generate actionable insights, identifying significant factors affecting costs, demand, and user experience.
- Assist in AI-supported decision-making and conduct ad-hoc analyses to drive large-scale performance enhancements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and keen attention to data details.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused on achieving results.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exhibits a positive, cooperative, and energetic approach to teamwork.
- Proficient with Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
