Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will help gather, prepare, analyse, and present data so the team can track performance, spot opportunities, and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring together information from several sources such as operations, marketing, and product, then clean and structure it into analysis-ready datasets.
• Perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that help solve business problems.
• Create and update dashboards and reports to track important KPIs and operational measures.
• Support the planning and implementation of A/B tests and user segmentation work to improve decision-making with data.
• Contribute to AI- or automation-focused initiatives that make data workflows more efficient.
• Help with weekly market and performance monitoring by collecting and analysing internal and external data.
• Take part in team discussions to generate ideas, refine data processes, and find ways to optimise outcomes.
• Assist the team lead with analysis and other project-based tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Exposure to data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Preferred internship availability: full-time for 3 to 6 months, or part-time for 6 months with at least 3 days per week.
