Key Responsibilities

• Embed within both client operations and internal teams to ensure that data-backed insights drive AI agent analysis and support decisions effectively.
• Create tailored, timely data reports and visual summaries to communicate expert analyses for internal product teams as well as external clients.
• Respond promptly to all data-related inquiries, conveying complex information clearly, reliably, and professionally.
• Collaborate frequently with management and team members to enhance data models and optimize agent performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 2 years experience in data analysis or a similar technical field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for articulating data trends to audiences with varied technical backgrounds.
• Solid foundation in statistics, data analysis techniques, and understanding of AI and machine learning logic frameworks.

Desirable:

• Prior internship or project experience within a technology firm or AI-focused environment as a data analyst or research/support staff.
• Proven track record of turning complex datasets into actionable, easily understandable analytics.
• Technical proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, expertise in data modeling, and experience managing databases with SQL.
