Role Overview

Lubembo Co. is looking for an entry-level to junior Data Analyst based in Australia. This full-time, on-site role is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering patterns, and turning raw information into practical business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from a range of business systems, then prepare it by cleaning and organizing it for analysis.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that make important findings easy to understand.
• Track business performance measures, spot trends, and highlight potential opportunities.
• Work closely with teams across the business to support informed, data-led decisions.
• Check data for accuracy and help maintain the reliability of reporting outputs.
• Support improvements to reporting methods and analytics processes.
• Communicate conclusions and recommendations in a clear, practical way.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Exposure to Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms would be an advantage.
• Comfort interpreting data and explaining findings to others.
• A careful, detail-focused approach with good structure in analysis.
