Data Analyst

About the Role

This full-time, remote Data Analyst position based in Seattle, WA, is designed for enthusiastic recent graduates or freshers passionate about data and eager to grow in an AI-supported setting. The role centers on facilitating data-supported decisions within the JobMint AI platform by managing and analyzing data from various sources, supporting AI feature evaluation, and collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and structure data from multiple product and user activity sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover trends and meaningful insights.
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports utilizing visualization tools.
• Contribute to the construction of basic data models.
• Assist in assessing the effectiveness of AI-powered product functionalities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business units to transform data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Document and report data insights clearly and succinctly.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical aptitude with foundational knowledge in data analytics methods.
• Basic understanding of statistical principles for hypothesis testing and performance assessments.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts for effective data organization and model development.

Eligibility

• Freshers or recent graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 holding degrees in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or closely related disciplines.
• Experience with SQL and spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics is essential.
• Additional experience or familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Python is advantageous.
