Role Overview
We are expanding our team with experienced data and analytics professionals from domains such as Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis. You'll contribute to helping organisations unlock the value of their data through hands-on client projects that improve decision-making, enhance data quality, and support organisational transformation.
Typical Positions
- Data Analyst: Interpret complex datasets to generate insightful reports, identify trends, develop dashboards, and advise stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
- Data Management Consultant: Assist organisations in maintaining reliable data by contributing to governance practices, resolving data issues, enhancing controls, and ensuring critical data accuracy.
- Data & Business Consultant: Act as a link between business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analysing processes, enabling change initiatives, and shaping data solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or closely related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex datasets and business challenges.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process improvement identification, and supporting business transformation efforts.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, databases, or other reporting and analytics software.
- Proactive attitude and confidence to operate within high-profile client contexts.
- Availability to work on-site up to five days weekly as per client requirements.
- Legal eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of assignment.
