About the Role

We are looking for an analytically minded professional who combines business acumen with deep data expertise to deliver actionable insights that influence workforce strategy and key organizational decisions. This role bridges analytics, consulting, and business partnership to convert complex datasets into practical recommendations for senior management. Unlike typical HR analytics vacancies, this position integrates people analytics with an investment-driven analytical perspective to assist leaders in talent investments, workforce trends, organizational efficiency, and strategic resource deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Examine organizational and workforce data to uncover trends, risks, and potential growth areas.
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to convert analytical results into clear, actionable guidance.
Create and sustain reporting systems, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools supporting data-driven decisions.
Monitor essential human capital metrics such as attrition, recruitment patterns, talent acquisition efficiency, workforce planning, and employee performance.
Perform workforce and investment analytics to guide decisions on resource distribution, headcount, and organizational development.
Pinpoint sources of high-performing talent and recommend improvements for recruitment strategies.
Develop executive presentations and convey findings effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Partner with diverse teams to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and analytical workflows.
Lead the creation of scalable analytics solutions to offer continuous insights into workforce effectiveness and trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded institution with a strong academic record.
Between 2 to 5 years of experience in fields such as analytics, management consulting, strategy, or business intelligence.
Proficient in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing large-scale data.
Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for managing stakeholders and influencing senior executives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to translate complex data analysis into straightforward business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Background working in top consulting firms, Big Four companies, or other analytically driven organizations.
Experience with Tableau or other visualization platforms.
Knowledge of Python for analytics, automation, or modeling tasks.
Familiarity with workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent analytics, or human capital strategy.
Track record of supporting executive-level decision-making through advanced analytics.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary range between $225,000 and $250,000 annually.
