Overview
The Data Analyst will be tasked with creating and delivering scalable datasets, reports, and analytical solutions to enable data-informed decision-making across the organization. They will work closely with business teams to understand their needs, translate those into actionable analytics, and provide accurate, insightful analyses supporting both strategic and operational goals.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clearly define objectives and translate queries into scalable data analytics solutions.
- Gather, integrate, validate, and analyze data from various internal and external systems to build trusted datasets for reporting and decision-making.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and models using technologies such as BigQuery and Python.
- Create and maintain recurring and on-demand reports, dashboards, and other analytical products that yield meaningful business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying consistency across platforms, identifying anomalies, and working with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
- Analyze data trends, patterns, and exceptions, and communicate findings through clear visualizations and executive-level summaries.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects including data engineering, reporting, and data warehouse migrations.
- Develop and manage scalable datasets, feature stores, and reusable analytical assets to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with IT, Data, Finance, and other business units to align analytics with corporate priorities.
- Continuously stay updated on emerging data technologies and identify areas for process and solution improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing scalable datasets, reporting, and analytical insights within a business context.
- Minimum 3 years working with cloud data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with large-scale data warehouses, lakes, or lakehouse systems.
- Preferred professional certifications in Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies, or related areas.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with other scripting or query languages is a plus.
- Extensive experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based analytics databases.
- Strong understanding of relational database design, data modeling, query optimization, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
- Experience integrating data from diverse systems into unified analytical datasets.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Comfortable with cloud data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
Business and Analytical Skills
- Exceptional analytical ability with meticulous attention to data accuracy.

Preferred Experience
- Background in the telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management frameworks.
- Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Supporting enterprise reporting, financial analytics, or executive dashboards.
- Certifications in Google Cloud Platform, Data Analytics, or related technologies.
Working Conditions
- Primarily remote or office environment with standard use of computers and office equipment.
- Participation in virtual and in-person meetings across distributed teams.
