Position Overview
This contract role as a Customer Support Specialist is remote and offers compensation ranging from $80 to $160 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review documents specific to certain domains to ensure their quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Offer detailed and structured feedback aimed at enhancing document quality and service delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams to strengthen customer support and success strategies.
- Apply strong analytical abilities to contribute to influential evaluation projects.
- Operate independently and manage tasks asynchronously to meet given deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of two years professional experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong skills in document analysis and review.
- High attention to detail and adherence to structured guidelines.
Preferred:
- Background in customer support, service delivery, or customer success roles.
