Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely from anywhere. This position focuses on providing expert support for AI-based products and technologies, addressing customer queries, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer questions regarding AI products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI tools for end users.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and problem resolutions using support ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical problems as needed.
- Stay informed about updates and features of AI products to provide knowledgeable support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in customer support involving AI technologies or similar software products.
- Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and assist users effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interactions with customers.
- Competency in documenting interactions accurately within ticket management systems.
- Understanding of AI concepts and terminology.
- Prior experience working remotely in a support capacity.
