Overview
Teleperformance is seeking Customer Support Executives capable of accurately translating English statements into Hindi or Bengali. This role offers a permanent position with fixed monthly salary and incentives linked to performance.
Job Details
- Translate English content to Hindi or Bengali precisely.
- Work 9-hour rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
- Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Minimum education required: Completion of 12th standard.
- Age range: 18 to 35 years.
- Both freshers and candidates with good communication in Hindi & Bengali are welcome.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary of ₹10,900 in hand (₹13,500 CTC) for freshers with good Hindi and Bengali communication skills.
- Monthly fixed salary of ₹12,000 in hand (₹15,000 CTC) for candidates with proficient English communication.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
- Permanent employment with immediate joining.
