Customer Support Executive

About the Role

The SafeTalk Group is looking for a remote Customer Care Executive charged with representing the brand professionally by handling customer inquiries efficiently to maintain positive customer experiences. Candidates must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
• Maintain a courteous and empathetic demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Record all customer communications accurately to update databases.
• Adhere to predefined communication scripts and established procedures for various scenarios.
• Refer complex or unresolved issues to higher-level staff as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to support retention goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and English languages.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using communication tools such as email and chat applications.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.
