Customer Support Executive - International Non Voice Process

About the Role

We are recruiting for the position of Customer Support Executive in an international non-voice process for a prominent BPO based in Gurugram, India. This role requires working from the office location in Gurgaon and offers a salary package up to 350,000 INR per annum.

• Interact with international customers through chat to provide dedicated support.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Deliver precise assistance to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of service quality throughout interactions.
