Role Overview
The role is for a customer support professional who can handle customer questions, resolve concerns quickly, and represent the company’s products and services clearly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer issues and provide prompt, helpful assistance.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly to customers.
- Answer customer queries in a timely manner and follow through until resolution.
- Work with different internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled quickly.
- Gather customer feedback and promote relevant services when appropriate.
- Record all interactions accurately and on time.
- Meet individual sales targets consistently.
- Be available for rotational shift schedules.
Desired Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to speak Tamil; knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
