Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager specializing in IBM's Cloud Platform Portfolio, your primary mission is to facilitate client adoption, implementation, and value extraction from various Cloud Platform products. This role empowers you to enhance product usage, identify upsell chances, and lead renewal negotiations, thereby supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in adopting and deploying Cloud Platform solutions such as Cloud Object Storage, VPC Offerings, and IaaS Classic to ensure effective utilization and value delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to discover, prioritize, and strategize use cases that maximize business benefits and track progress toward targeted goals.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships to understand their requirements and promote best practices that foster increased product adoption and usage.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and lead renewal discussions to sustain client engagement and revenue streams.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Platform products including SAP Rise, VMware Managed and Solutions, and Cloud Security Services to deliver tailored solutions fulfilling client needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with IBM Cloud Platform products such as Cloud Object Storage, VPC Offerings, and IaaS Classic, including their functionalities and applications.
- Experience in collaborating with clients to formulate and prioritize use cases aligned with business objectives, and tracking outcomes.
- Exposure to delivering technical solutions involving deployment and integration of Cloud Platform products, including SAP Rise, VMware Managed Solutions, and Cloud Security Services.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively, understand client needs, and guide on best adoption practices.
- Understanding of the critical success factors for Cloud Platform adoption and deployment that generate business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security Services and their integration for client-specific solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Rise implementations and driving value realization through strategic planning and execution.
