Customer Success Coordinator

About the Role

AppVault is seeking a motivated entry-level Customer Success Coordinator to join our dedicated Customer Success team based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This team is focused on building strong client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction, and collaborating across functions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success team by handling recurring daily and monthly activities such as ad management, media preparation, data organization, and resolving client issues.
• Assist with ongoing media and product rollouts based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute client deliverables across creative, media, and product areas.
• Maintain clear documentation of client requests, tasks, and updates to accounts.
• Participate confidently in regular client calls and meetings.
• Help prepare presentations for in-person client meetings and business reviews.
• Contribute to process documentation and support operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaign results and customer success.
• Maintain internal knowledge databases and customer resources.
• Engage in customer strategy conversations and aid account planning.
• Develop an understanding of customer objectives, workforce challenges, and campaign goals.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• Internship experience is valued but not mandatory.
• Quick to learn new platforms and processes.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and adapting to changing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactive, eager, and thrives in dynamic environments.
