Role overview

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee front-desk and customer support operations, guide the customer service and information teams, and make sure every visitor receives timely, accurate, and professional assistance. This role is responsible for maintaining service quality across the facility, addressing escalated concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the daily functioning of customer service counters and the frontline support team.
• Make sure guests and customers are given clear information, practical guidance, and prompt help.
• Track employee attendance, appearance, work quality, and adherence to service expectations.
• Perform routine floor inspections to check service standards and operational preparedness.
• Resolve escalated questions, complaints, and service recovery cases.
• Build shift rosters and confirm proper coverage for every working period.
• Coach, support, and assess team members to raise overall performance.
• Run daily team briefings and share important operational changes.
• Review key performance indicators and compile operational updates and reports.
• Work with other departments to close customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all activities follow company rules, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with VIP visits, special occasions, and unexpected operational needs.
• Recommend and roll out improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Keep accurate logs of incidents, complaints, and daily activities.
