Role Overview and Employment Details
The position is for a Customer Service Representative offered on a 6-month contractual basis with a monthly salary of 3500 AED. Candidates must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customer interactions ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout all communication channels.
- Engage proactively with customers to fully comprehend their needs and expectations, driving enhanced satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics by building strong relationships aimed at fostering loyalty and retention.
- Identify customers at risk of defection and undertake appropriate retention initiatives.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and track key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and resolution times.
