Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms
- Assist customers with inquiries involving orders, shipping details, product specifics, and returns processing

Candidate Requirements
- Strong command of English language, both written and spoken
- Minimum of one year experience in online or remote customer service roles

Technical Specifications
