Overview
Access Forex is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join the Operations department in Kariba, Mashonaland West Province. This role involves managing customer transactions with precision, promoting company offerings, expanding sales, and providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key Duties
- Accurately and efficiently handle remittance transaction processing.
- Market and promote company products along with partner services to foster sales growth and customer base expansion.
- Establish and sustain solid relationships with customers.
- Inform customers regarding products, services, and digital self-service platforms available.
- Perform market research and competitor evaluation to discover new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service within the financial services sector.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
