Role Overview

We are recruiting a Customer Service Operator for our Dublin branch. This role involves nurturing and managing client relationships as directed by the customer service manager and overseeing daily customer account operations. The position ensures that agreed service standards and financial objectives are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to assigned customer portfolios.
  • Communicate updates to customers clearly and promptly using phone or email channels.
  • Oversee the entire customer service process including gathering information for quotes and ensuring shipments comply with HMRC customs requirements.
  • Provide accurate and tailored quotes that meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Verify that commodity codes and invoices are correctly prepared and dispatched.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to drive revenue generation.
  • Address and resolve customer issues swiftly within set turnaround times.

Candidate Profile

  • Confident personality with experience in internal sales and/or customer service.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
