About the Role
We are seeking passionate Customer Service Executives (Phone Advisors) with strong communication skills who enjoy assisting others and want to be part of a dynamic team. At Entel Connect, our customer service and cross-selling operations in Peru deliver solutions that simplify customers' lives using technology, efficient processes, and a dedicated human team that truly makes the difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls professionally and empathetically, managing customer inquiries with care.
- Address customer questions effectively by providing clear and helpful resolutions.
- Represent the company with a friendly, proactive, and approachable manner.
Desired Attributes

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.
Work Schedule
- Remote evening shift from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, full-time with 8 working hours plus breaks.
Training Details
- Paid training sessions held remotely from Monday to Saturday, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, after contract signing.
