Role Summary
This role involves interacting with customers to provide detailed information and support related to products and services, managing order processing, and ensuring timely delivery. The position also requires addressing and resolving any customer complaints efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, redirecting to Key Account Managers or Team Members as necessary.
- Accurately enter sales orders (Local Purchase Orders) into SAP for customers located in UAE.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers to confirm delivery schedules.
- Verify stock availability and allocations based on quotations, orders, and projects.
- Communicate delivery details including quantities, location, and contact information to logistics.
- Maintain a minimal order list ensuring all orders are delivered promptly.
- Efficiently manage routine tasks and adapt to unexpected situations with innovative problem solving.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager consistent with the role.
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to the company’s Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent English required, with Arabic language skills considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus and willingness to advance skills is expected.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skillset.
