Primary Duties and Role Overview
As a Customer Care Associate, you will represent Frontdoor to various stakeholders including customers, contractors, and business partners. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of product coverage and strict adherence to policies and procedures, all while maintaining professionalism. Your goal is to ensure that every customer interaction results in an exceptional service experience.
- Respond to inbound and outbound communications including phone calls, emails, and other electronic formats, following established policies and contractual terms.
- Clarify and communicate contract coverages to both customers and contractors ensuring understanding.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm resolution of customer service concerns.
- Stay updated on policies, procedures, and complete any required training courses.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational attainment of at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred experience of one or more years in related roles.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience or training is favored.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16 to $17, influenced by qualifications, experience, and location.
