Key Responsibilities

• Act as a customer contact point and provide assistance across multiple service channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Document and address customer complaints and work with relevant departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve issues.
• Communicate order statuses, delivery updates, and service information clearly to customers through emails, calls, and online platforms.
• Gather feedback through surveys and direct communication to monitor satisfaction and identify service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems covering all interactions, complaints, and follow-ups, and prepare basic reports related to customer service metrics.
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and follow up on pending actions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support retention and escalate suggestions for enhancing experience.

• Continuously update relevant technical and soft skills.
• Execute operational targets efficiently while managing resources and reporting deviations.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure quality control and streamline business processes including exploring automation opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience range from freshers up to 2 years.
