Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated CTL Machine Helper to support metal coil processing operations in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role focuses on assisting with the loading, feeding, and handling of metal coils, supporting machine setup, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading metal coils onto the CTL machine and feed them into the machine as required.
- Support the machine operator during setup procedures and changeovers to ensure smooth operations.
- Stack, sort, and pack finished metal sheets systematically.
- Conduct visual inspections of sheets for defects, damages, or dimensional inaccuracies.
- Measure sheet dimensions using basic measuring instruments as per instructions.
- Remove scrap material promptly and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Use authorized equipment to help in loading and unloading materials safely.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any malfunctioning machine components or material defects to the operator or supervisor immediately.
- Assist with routine cleaning and undertake basic maintenance tasks related to the CTL machine.
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are upheld and contribute to maintaining a secure work environment.
Eligibility
Open to individuals enthusiastic about entry-level roles in manufacturing operations, preferably those with prior exposure to machine assistance or material handling.
Salary & Employment
The position offers a monthly remuneration between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
