About the Role
As part of the Global CRM team at Jimmy Choo, the CRM Analyst plays an integral part in driving the customer strategy by leveraging data-driven insights and advanced customer analytics. The focus is on supporting revenue growth, boosting customer engagement, and enhancing the client experience by providing actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to uncover opportunities for enhancing CRM and clienteling effectiveness.
- Evaluate and report on the business impact of CRM initiatives and customer programs.
- Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards used by various teams to track the performance of both global and regional CRM campaigns, offering recommendations for improving return on investment.
- Assist in both qualitative and quantitative research efforts to gain deeper understanding of customer preferences and trends.
- Utilize customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with CRM, Clienteling, Marketing, Digital, and Regional teams to translate complex business queries into practical analyses.
Experience & Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency working with extensive and complex data sets.
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a preference or experience in Retail, Fashion, or Luxury sectors.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and equipped with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding skills in data visualization and the ability to convey data-driven stories that translate into business decisions.
- Demonstrated passion for understanding customer behaviors and implementing customer-centric strategies.
- Efficient multitasking abilities and solid organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Holder of a degree in quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Marketing.
