About Dream Studio Creative

Role Overview
The Creative Marketing Coordinator will contribute significantly to the agency's dynamic environment by managing social media, influencer relations, email campaigns, and providing creative support during photoshoots. Candidates should be organized, creative, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, small business setting.
Key Duties
- Develop and write engaging Instagram captions.
- Schedule and publish social media content, including daily Instagram Stories.
- Maintain organized content libraries and assist in monthly content planning.
- Research and reach out to influencers, coordinate gifting campaigns, follow up on collaborations, and keep detailed tracking.
- Brainstorm email marketing campaigns, draft subject lines and preview texts, assist in planning, and conduct promotional research.
- Support Nashville-based photoshoots by capturing behind-the-scenes materials, organizing samples and products, assisting in styling and setup to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Skills (Optional)
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, or Instories.
- Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of photography, content creation, TikTok, Instagram, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Flexible 8 to 12 hours per week.
- Primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and photoshoots in Nashville.
- Schedule is adaptable with some weekend availability for photoshoots.
- Starting pay rate is $20 per hour with room for more hours and advancement as the agency grows.
