Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead and shape the vision of a broad course library's creative output. This role involves overseeing all creative aspects, ensuring a consistent and dynamic visual identity, and managing multimedia content production in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and upholding a unified visual identity and style guides customized for various sectors and target audiences.
- Directing the creation of multimedia materials including videos, animations, and interactive content, managing all stages of production.
- Utilizing AI-generated media technologies to boost production efficiency and content quality.
- Implementing strict quality control measures and performing quality assurance checks prior to content release.
- Working closely with stakeholders to convert strategic goals into creative briefs and using learner data insights to enhance content effectiveness.
- Acting as a hands-on creative leader, managing external suppliers, and aligning creative output with marketing brand standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of eight years’ experience in creative direction, content production, or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing digital media or eLearning projects.
- Expertise in motion graphics, video production, interactive design, and instructional media development.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, experience with eLearning platforms, and knowledge of AI-driven media tools.
- Proven leadership skills managing creative teams and delivering high-quality products.
- Experience in crafting style guides tailored to diverse industries and audiences is advantageous.
