Role Overview
We seek a visionary Creative Director to spearhead innovative creative concepts that accelerate growth within the Business Marketing portfolio. This role demands collaboration with marketers, producers, and researchers to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in aligning creative strategies with business objectives and performance metrics, with a strong history of crafting impactful, results-driven campaigns. You will lead teams, agencies, and production partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, taking an active role in creative execution when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and personally engage in creating groundbreaking ideas across varied marketing channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications Planning, Organic Social, Influencer, and Media to ensure cohesive business alignment.
- Lead and develop creative strategies for ongoing marketing campaigns that resonate with brand and business goals.
- Utilize past campaign analytics and trend data to guide future creative directions.
- Integrate AI and Generative AI technologies for innovative creative ideation and content production.
- Offer direction to external agencies and internal teams to ensure top-tier creative outcomes and optimize creativity through testing plans.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and marketing best practices, applying relevant learnings to work processes.
- Motivate and nurture a high-performing creative team fostering a stimulating and productive environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 12 years of expertise in creative direction, advertising, marketing, or editorial leadership roles.
- Proficient with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production, supported by a portfolio of concept-driven campaigns with measurable success.
- Experience interpreting data and insights to influence creative approaches.
- Skilled at presenting creative concepts and campaign strategies to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate productively with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise relevant to advertising campaigns.
- Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, balancing shifting priorities and diverse stakeholder interests.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Firefly), and Generative AI tools.
- Experience developing direct response advertising content.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital Design, Visual Design, or comparable field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commitment to ongoing AI skills enhancement, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere, and Media Encoder.
- Knowledge of ethical AI application in advertising, including bias mitigation and quality control.
- Capability to integrate AI technologies to improve workflows and achieve measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
- Experience designing and evolving brand languages and design systems applicable across multiple products and global markets.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $177,000 to $248,000, supplemented by bonuses, equity, and benefits. Compensation is personalized based on qualifications, experience, skills, and location. Benefits information is available upon inquiry.
