Creative Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Creative Designer with a minimum of three years of experience to become a key member of our energetic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust portfolio illustrating expertise in visual storytelling, branding, motion graphics, video editing, and crafting top-tier designs across digital and print mediums. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to convert ideas into visually compelling outputs that resonate with our brand mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design eye-catching graphics and branding materials for both online and offline use, including social media content, website elements, email marketing templates, posters, brochures, and additional promotional items.
• Create and animate motion graphics for various platforms such as social media campaigns, websites, marketing initiatives, and video projects.
• Assist content teams with video editing tasks, integrating motion graphics to enhance footage.
• Partner with marketing and content departments to grasp project goals and conceive creative concepts that align with business strategies.
• Ensure all design work adheres strictly to the company’s branding standards and maintains consistent visual language.
• Produce unique illustrations and apply typography skillfully to enrich design compositions.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow designers, content developers, and marketing experts to ideate and implement innovative concepts.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee the accuracy and excellence of final designs prior to production or release.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the creative process.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of demonstrated experience as a Creative Designer or in a closely related role.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other relevant design technologies.
• Possession of a compelling portfolio that features design projects involving motion graphics, video editing, branding, social media, and print collateral.
• Strong grasp of core design principles including layout composition, color theory, typography, and user-centered approaches.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively share ideas and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the capability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Background

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or an equivalent discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience.
