Job Summary:The Clinical Courier’s primary responsibility is to affect efficient delivery and collection of Doctors Hospital resources whether of a clinical, logistical support or human resources nature. This Associate must act as an active member of the Transport Team.Responsibilities:Receive medical items and understand instructions from the healthcare facility.Ensure that medical item/s is securely stored in the delivery vehicle.Ensure that the documentation corresponds to each item.Ensure that all documentation is credible and accurate.Map out a route to the destination, considering traffic and mileage.Ensure the punctual collection and delivery of medical items from the healthcare facility.Ensure that recipients sign delivery receipts and designations are verified.Ensure the safety of each item delivered.Log mileage and maintenance information on the company logbook.Accurately count and take inventory of medical items to be collected or delivered.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma (essential),three (3) BJC’s inclusive of Math and English (preferred)Valid driver's license with a minimum of five years of driving a vehicle experience and clean driving record (essential).
