About the Company
Todays Basket is a retail store in Nellore located at Rain Square, Dargamitta. The store offers a wide range of products under one roof, including FMCG items, fruits and vegetables, kirana and grocery products, cold-pressed oils, spices, plastics, and other household essentials. The business highlights quality products at competitive prices.
Role Overview
This position is for a walk-in counter customer care executive who can handle customers at the retail counter, support billing activities, manage stock and rack-related tasks, and assist with basic data entry during shift-based work.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Attend to customers at the counter and provide service support.
- Assist with sales-related customer interactions.
- Handle stock placement and rack arrangement tasks.
- Perform basic data entry work as needed.
- Work in shifts as per store requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Applicants should be comfortable using computers, especially Excel, and should have billing experience in retail supermarkets or malls.
