We invite candidates to join Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility | BYD, contributing to the aftersales segment that supports financial and operational success. We are recruiting multiple Cost Clerks located in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze labor, parts, and service order details to verify precise cost allocation and job costing.
• Accurately create proforma and final customer invoices efficiently.
• Administer labor and parts discounts in accordance with organizational policies and approvals.
• Generate and oversee Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for sublet services and procurement requirements.
• Conduct Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Verification (IV) processes.
• Track outstanding LPOs and collaborate with pertinent departments to ensure timely closure.
• Properly manage and archive service records and related documentation.
• Assist in calculating incentives and overtime for operational teams.
• Ensure adherence to company financial controls and operational protocols.
• Facilitate smooth workshop operations by delivering precise administrative support.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or an equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Cost Clerk, Service Administration, Aftersales Administration, or related position.
• Prior experience in automotive operations is highly valued.
• Solid working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using Excel.
• Good familiarity with workshop or service center functioning.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to perform with accuracy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
