As a Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Copilot within the ANZ AI Business Solutions Area CSA Team, you will drive customer success by maximizing returns on M365 Copilot investments and guiding customers on their Agentic journey. This role entails engaging customers across the entire lifecycle—from deployment to expansion—using emerging technologies in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging expertise in M365 Enterprise Services, including Copilot in M365 Apps, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Information Governance, Security, and Compliance, to craft and realize Customer Success Plans.
  • Employ active listening and constructive challenge to achieve optimum customer outcomes.
  • Gather and relay customer and partner feedback to Microsoft teams and product groups for ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with both business and IT stakeholders, applying strong technical knowledge to facilitate productivity and process transformation.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships, aligning value propositions to customer priorities and industry demands.
  • Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with decision-makers to communicate Microsoft M365 Copilot’s business value, ensuring customers leverage their technology investments fully.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve obstacles that hinder customer success implementations by utilizing deep technical knowledge of M365 services and best practices.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning mindset, adapting individual skills to meet team goals and customer success targets.
  • Engage actively in professional communities to share knowledge, contribute to intellectual property development, and accelerate customer transformation.
  • Analyze and depict customer business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and performance enhancement.
  • Effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences including Business and IT Decision Makers.
  • Manage territory, qualify opportunities, and maintain pipeline and partner communications to ensure technology adoption and value realization.
  • Collaborate within virtual teams to drive M365 Copilot adoption, document best practices, and collect customer success stories.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or related domains; or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Over 4 years of customer-facing experience or technical involvement in M365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and collaboration environments, with certifications in M365 fundamentals, Copilot fundamentals, Power Platform, Azure fundamentals, cloud security, Teams administration, SharePoint, or change management being advantageous.
  • Strong business analysis skills to identify needs, propose solutions, and guide process improvements and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain robust technical relationships with senior IT executives in strategic accounts, managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience developing technical solutions tailored to customer and partner requirements.
  • Proficiency with SaaS products, especially the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and integrated security, compliance, and identity solutions to deliver holistic customer outcomes.
  • Awareness of cloud and AI platform competitive landscapes and partner ecosystems to leverage external solutions effectively.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least two of the following: M365 Copilot, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, Identity Management, Information Protection & Compliance, Governance & Risk Management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing collaborative decisions and managing conflicts across various audience sizes.
