Job Profile
Monk® Prayogshala® (Section 8) invites applications for the position of Coordinator to join their team. There are 2 openings available for candidates based in the Mumbai Suburbs or remote locations.
The role requires candidates between the ages of 18 and 24, and no prior experience is necessary.
Desired Candidate Attributes
- Individuals with enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Proficient command over both written and spoken English, as well as spoken Hindi, to facilitate communication across India.
- Capable of liaising effectively with Human Resources Executives involved in research projects.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple research participants through various outreach channels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating Indian participants for various research studies.
- Organizing participants for several workshops conducted by Monk Prayogshala.
