Role Overview
The Coordinator - Operations will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks and operational procedures to ensure smooth functioning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine administrative duties and aid in maintaining operational workflows.
- Support the management of campus facilities and aid in administrative procurement activities.
- Provide updates to management concerning operational issues and developments.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of six years of professional experience, including at least one year working in a university setting.
- Excellent communication capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute collaboratively.
Additional Information
This position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a dedicated full-time commitment onsite.
