Role Purpose

The Talent Coordinator plays a critical support role ensuring positive engagement for candidates, employees, leaders, and external vendors by efficiently managing recruitment, learning activities, training coordination, communication, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Review offer letters and talent acquisition materials for accuracy.
  • Administer Learning Management System (LMS) duties such as course assignments, learner enrollments, and content maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to organize learning content and manage pilot programs.
  • Collect and analyze learning metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Monitor compliance and mandatory training completion status.
  • Support audit and reporting related to employee learning records.
  • Maintain data accuracy across talent platforms including LMS, LinkedIn, DISA, HRIS, and intranet.
  • Act as primary contact for employee inquiries about learning and talent processes, escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports, dashboards, and analytics to underpin talent initiatives.
  • Execute communications for talent programs and coordinate with partners to enhance program visibility.
